By accessing or using WigoWigo, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) as well as the specific terms of each Platform you use. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Each WigoWigo platform has its own Terms and Conditions which govern the use of that platform. By using a specific platform, you also agree to its terms:
These platform-specific Terms take precedence in case of any conflict regarding that platform’s content, engagement, or monetization policies.
WigoWigo collects and processes personal data according to applicable laws. Data may be stored on servers across multiple jurisdictions and disclosed when legally required.
WigoWigo may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or the specific Platform Terms. Termination does not remove obligations incurred before termination.
WigoWigo provides services “as is” and makes no guarantees regarding uptime, content, or rewards. To the maximum extent permitted by law, WigoWigo disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Uganda. Users agree to jurisdiction in Uganda unless local law mandates otherwise.
WigoWigo reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
